The 300hp engine is a special-build engine and is rated as an off-road engine. It requires a larger turbo with headers, an electronic ECM update, larger exhaust, CAT converter and muffler. The engine runs cooler with the increased air flow, and with locating the turbo on the driver's side and not in the rear. The performance increase of the 300hp engine is dramatic for a vehicle of this size. This installation should not be attempted by just anyone!
